It is great to hear that you made it! I have just downloaded the trial version. Software looks really good. I read the manual and I have updated the graphic card drivers. Unfortunatelly I have problem with visualization. I can not see any point clouds after import. I see some parts only when I move mouse, I made print screen when left mouse button was pressed, see below:
Any idea how to visualize corectly?
My PC is not bad:
- i9 9900K
- geforce RTX 2070
- 64GB ram
- ssd

Hi,
This may happen if you have very large coordinates. Please also note that ScanSap uses the metric system.
So, when importing, translate your coordinates to get smaller values (limit them to a few hundreds of meters).
In a future release, we'll improve the large coordinates management.
