Hello, I am just beginning to work with VirtuSurv after starting our PointSense training. We moved to V17.0 now and I believe we have the newest 6.0.1 SDK for Scene 6.0. I exported scans from Scene using the ordered export to create my FLS files. I successfully brought those into ReCap to create my RCP. However, when I try to bring them into VirtuSurv, I get the error "Unable to generating final pyramide image! Ignoring scan for import."
Any ideas on how to resolve this?

I've gotten that error message when the file path name is too long for the scans that are importing. Try getting the file name and file path name to be shorter by importing directly from you desktop.
