Out of desperation, I'm turning to the forum to ask for some assistance with installing GeoSLAM Hub. We have a dongle and a high performance PC, but I cannot get the program to recognise the dongle. I had a remote login session and got some help - basically, because we once had SCENE installed, we cannot use GeoSLAM!
[11:05] support: faro scene uses a HASP key, like ours but not in dongle format
[11:06] support: because this has already been installed we cannot install the geoslam hasp key.
[11:06] support: to do this you will either need to uninstall the HASp or find another computer to run GeoSLAm on
So, does anyone know how I can make it work? I've uninstalled SCENE!

Thanks for that. I tried the solution, but with no success.
In fact, I've resorted to a complete reinstall of windows. Still the program wont start! hopefully their tech support can help.

OK, the help desk were able to get me up and running. Getting it going is a bit Heath Robinson, lots of parameters needed to be altered in VirtualBox. Still, looking forward to seeing the data
