The /ui has been implemented this year. Doesn't work with older firmware versions.
We upgraded our firmware on the S120 in June and this worked ever since. Hasn't before, so check your firmware and upgrade if nececcary.

Is the firmware up to date? The html interface started from a relatively recent firmware.
The other alternative is to check with another tablet or the PC, just to check if the problem comes from the phone or the scanner..
