Anyway, I met a couple gents from GeoSLAM(including Neil Pollock an LSF member) at the IAFSM conference this year and they were packing around a new scanner they have been working on that had me intrigued

http://geoslam.com/products/zeb-revo.html A few things that really caught my attention:
-The entire operation fit in a cute little backpack
-Just walk and scan like the Zeb1
-Large areas scanned extremely fast like Zeb1
-Can be mounted on many different mobile platforms including robots & UAS

-IP-54 rating
-Scans processed in seconds on a surface tablet
-Small scan file size
-Most other specs were similar to Zeb1
-Cloud processing available
I like it
