I have just bought my first 360 camera Istar Fusion, i want to do the following things :

-take random pictures for my current projects
-colouring pointclouds ( i use leica p40 and in order to minimize field time i want istar camera)
-virtual tours for real estate agents.
- Making a kind of street view for some roads in order to have information about the asphalt, signs and others things (accurancy that i need is 1-2 meter) how i will do the above things ?

-random pictures : obvious
-colouring pointclouds : possible but don't knwo the procedure with a leica
-virtual tours : obvious
-streetview : you can only know the position of the camera if an external gps is used. Plug it in and all your pictures are in wgs84. You cannot read coördinates from individual points. Measuring is only possible with an add-on from arena 4D

Colouring point clouds can be done either with nctech colourcloud software (free) or within cyclone using the import panoramic image option, you can do a batch of images it's straight forward.

Nctech also do panotour which lets you create virtual tours from a series of Israel captures.

They do offer measurements but I'm not sure how that works.

Just out of interest why don't you use the P40's internal camera? Use manual settings and the middle resolution and the imagery only takes 6 minutes or so in good light.

We us an iStar as we found the P40 imagery to be very poor. iStar also quicker, even with having to swap scanner and imager to collect images.

We were pleased to see the image quality has improved a lot in the RTC360.

I agree the istar is better quality and much faster. It's the import panoramic images bit that I find a pain.

Have you tried HDR images on the P40 and changing the HDR algorithm in register 360, the default cyclone one seems to have too much contrast and sharpness and the Reinhard one (first option I've not got it open so maybe wrong) is much nicer looking to my eye. The results are more than acceptable.
