I have and existing Revit project that our designers are working and we tried to insert the exported Edgewise model into Revit and Revit crashes. I spoke with Edgewise support and everything seems to be okay on the Edgewise side and i agree with that because the exported model was saved as a .rvt file and came in fine in its own model in revit. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if so how they fixed the issue.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
Ben

Re: Existing Revit model crashes when insert Edgewise Model
When Revit crashes, it send logs to Autodesk. Before it sends these logs, a popup shows you where these logs are stored on your drive. A couple of these files are text files. Can you send these files? In most cases, these will be useless to us but I have sometimes seen some errors which might suggest what's going wrong.
