Hi
Since upgrading our office machine we cannot view data in Realworks - this seems to be a graphics issue.
We can register data but are not able to view or rotate the main screen. It seems stuck.
We are running Realworks 10.3 (last version available to us on our license)
Our Machine details:
Intel i9-9940X CPU @ 3.3Ghz
Geoforce RTX 2080 Ti
Driver 442.19
1920x1080 Asus Screen 60Hz
64gb RAM
Has anybody had a similar issue?

Re: Realworks - Graphics Issue
Hi
I think 10.3 can't support Geoforce RTX 2080 Ti (442.19).
I use GTX1060(388.13) is ok , but 442.19 have the issue. Now I update RW to 11.2.2 ,it's ok.

I used to have the similar problem in 2 computers with different graphic cards, and it got fixed when I updated the RW version.

Re: Realworks - Graphics Issue
Hello everyone!
I'm trying to process the data in the RW and I have graphical issue. Point cloud is "jumpy"
First I thought that my data is on big coordinates, but everything is ok. I've imported .fls files from X130 and M70. When data is exported and imported to CC everything looks fine.
Laptop spec:
Ryzen 4800H 8C/16T
64GB RAM
RTX 2060 6GB
Anyone has idea how to fix this?

Re: Realworks - Graphics Issue
OK, I get it
I had several groups that were far from each other. When I registered them, everything was ok.
