Hello, I am new to both this forum and the area of 3D scanning ( blame TimeScanners) and the day could be near when an FAQ or newbie/n00b section would be useful.
Is there an FAQ? I have a tech. writing background and would be willing to help.

Re: FAQ / Newbie section?
Hi Jay,
Considering how frequent the reset button get smashed around here at some level I would considered us all noobs There are techniques/hardware/software that have proven their value over time, but as soon as you think you have them figured out something new comes around and you have to adapt to keep up.
People here are very welcoming and helpful so don't hesitate to ask noob questions. I know I don't
Additionally, this forum's search tool is you best friend, although it can be a bit buggy at times.

Re: FAQ / Newbie section?
We do have a introductions section so people can announce their arrival (that doesn't sound right) but welcome what would go in the 'newbie' section?
