You can safely delete the "Temporary Cache Files" folder in the support folder. Only drawback is that Recap will need to rebuild the Realview image of a scan the first time you access one.
You can also compress your project with 7-Zip or equivalent (choose a strong compression option).

The resulting file will still be several GB though, so your only alternative might be to physically send a disk or SD card.

When I need to send a large compressed file I use SendThisFile.com and FireFox web browser. Other browsers have a 4GB maximum limit.

Remember that the RCP file is just a pointer file to the other files. That being said there is a forum items from some Recap engineers a while back (before they all got cut!) about how to reduce your RCS file size (the actual scan data) and KEEP all your photo bubbles (individual setups for viewing the scan station photos, I've tried it before and it works. Just set your spacing size for points to what is required by the client, then zip all into a compressed file. You can get 2TB of storage from Google or Dropbox for about $5. Use that or DropBox to create a folder you can share where they can download it (if they have a fast connection) - or Invest in a lot of 16-32GB or higher Memory Keys to just ship the data to them:
