Do you mean, 'is it possible to create meshes in 3D Reshaper using Quad polygons?'

If so then 3D Reshaper only uses tri-mesh polygons I think. You could use a another program after ReShaper like Topogun, ZBrush, Mudbox etc to convert a Tri-mesh to a Quad-mesh.

I think Geomagic might be worth a look as well.

I have installed Mudbox-just having trouble now finding the process online or a tool to convert triangles into quad meshes. The other software packages I contacted a few weeks ago looking to see if they can do what I need and to see if they had trial periods.
If you come across anything or know of any conversion process please let me know.

Thanks

"Retopology" is the keyword you're looking for. Here's a promo for a Mudbox retopo tutorial.

Yep topology is what you are after.

In ZBrush it's called Z-Remesher in the latest version, I have an older version with Q-Remesher. It can take some time to process with large meshes but seems to work well.

If I hadn't spent years learning ZBrush then I would jump to Mudbox, as it looks really cool.
