The unikey server console correctly shows the dongle ID.
When he tries to get the Dongle ID in 3D Reshaper, to request the authorisation code on the Windows 7 desktop using the IP address of the server it states "no dongle detected". The same if he uses the broadcast option.
Looking at the log file on the server he can see that his desktop is talking to the server:
