Hi all, has anybody used or is using a Hexagon Cognitens white light scanner, just wondered what your experience has been, (we'd be using it in an automotive capacity)
Thanks Joe

Re: Hexagon Cognitens
Hi Joe,
I am unfamiliar with this particular system, but have seen several other white light scanning systems. If you are doing automotive work and are in a semi-controlled environment, most white light scanners give excellent data. I am not sure if you have looked around at other systems, but I would investigate other solutions out there since it really depends on your needs and budget.

Re: Hexagon Cognitens
Hi Eugene, thanks for the reply, yeah I'm aware of several white light scanning systems and we're currently comparing a few with a possible view to purchase one. However there don't seem to be many Cognitens users about (I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing!) and I'm trying to get an idea of how the system performs on a daily basis.
Cheers Joe
