Pano Tour alternatives??
What is the software preference for people presenting Panos?
We are currently using PanoTour Pro but it becomes glitchy and buggy if there are too many panos

I also have a copy of gnome pano2vr. Use kolor also. Both have it's advantages and disadvantages. Pano2vr netter Google maps integration, kolor netter export and visibility on tablets etc.

We use Pano2vr pro by Garden Gnome.
Simple to use, good forum support and I've presented pano tours from the software in Crown Court.

Hi Lieven,landmeterbeuckx wrote:Colin,
Do you use extensions or the standard software?
We use the pro version as is....
Browsed through their forum and downloaded some of the excellent files others have made available and cherry pick the 'skin' that suits the job.
Once you've loaded your panos and linked them together...you can easily create & save tours with different skins without having to start over and over.
When I use the iSTAR with our C10 scanner (for colourising) then I always make a simple tour too as I have the images.

Hi Colin,
Last week i had to send out a demand for a quote to scan draw plans from a Future project (church). I quickly took a few pictures with the istar and provided my subcontractors a little tour. They Found it to be very useful for calculating their price. It's a great addition to my workflow.

At SPAR I met Dan Smigrod, who recommended Immoviewer. Dan covers 360 pano options on a blog. We've been testing it out on a trial and it works well. I think we'll get the subscription. Its reasonably priced. www.immoviewer.com
