Hello everyone,
I am using Riscan pro v2.3 64 bit on some TLS data I collected. I took a single scan at four scan positions in a project. On the last scan I got an error message (see attached) about not being able to save after the scan was complete. When I check the project folder it looks like the scan position is in there and it seems to be the right size from other projects I have of the same data, but when I open the project into Riscan only the first three scan positions load.
Is there any way I can open this last scan position or see if the data is actually there? Despite the error message, I think the data is there based on the size of the folder. Also does anyone know why an error like that would occur? I no it's not due to a lack of space on the laptop I was using.
Thank you,
Andrew

You coukd try and create a new scan position within the RiScan project and import the scan into that
