Carefull with the 3D print as the smaller parts might break
I use STSOoE on a regular basis and I must say it's a great tool

I would love to know what size PC you are using to process that data in Geomagic. The main problem I'm having creating a reasonable mesh of scene in Geomagic is processing anything above about 25 million points.
If i bring in a PTS file above that size I can't even sample the data down before my PC decides its had enough and sits idle for about 8 hours !
