Whirlwind restoration/recreation project
Been busy over the Christmas holidays with http://3dengineers.co.uk/portfolio/west ... g-project/ - our input is scanning the original wind tunnel test models for another volunteer on the project to CAD for full scale reproduction. There are lots of rumours about the plane and possible buried models (very topical) and these people have spent years trying to get things going - see http://www.whirlwindfighterproject.org/... can you help? Do you know anything about it?

Looks like a fantastic project! What scanner do you use?
